Warranty Policies

XYS Fitness commercial exercise equipment is guaranteed to be free from material and workmanship flaws. This warranty is valid for the original buyer or any recipient of the product as a gift from the original buyer.

XYS Fitness will either send you a new or refurbished replacement part or component, or replace the product entirely, at their discretion.

- Keep the proof of purchase on hand
- Use, operate and maintain the product as indicated in the manual
- Perform the recommended maintenance to ensure proper operation
- Report any defects to the place of purchase within 10 days of discovering them

XYS Fitness will pay for all transportation and insurance charges for the first year if the product or any covered part needs to be returned to a service facility for repairs. You are responsible for transportation and insurance costs after the first year.

1. The warranty periods commence 60 days after leaving the factory.
2. This warranty applies only against defects discovered within the warranty period; warranty claims need to be made within the warranty period.
3. Parts repaired or replaced under the terms of warranty will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty only.
4. To claim under this warranty, the buyer must notify XYS Fitness or their local XYS dealer within thirty days after the date of discovery of the defect. The defective product must be made available for visual inspection by XYS Fitness or a XYS dealer; the unaltered serial tag must be shown along with the defective product.
5. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, misuse, improper service or non-YANRE modification.
