Specification
The multi-position back pad is a key innovation, easily tilting to five different angles. This allows the user to shift the emphasis from the gluteus maximus to the medius muscles, enabling detailed and comprehensive sculpting of the entire gluteal region.
The unique 3D motion path replicates a natural range of motion, seamlessly combining hip abduction, external hip rotation, and hip extension. This increased range of motion and an optimized resistance profile ensure the glutes are optimally challenged throughout every phase of the movement.
The thigh pads adjust to multiple starting positions. This not only accommodates easy entry and exit from the equipment but also ensures the muscles are fully engaged from the very start of the exercise for maximum effectiveness.
Two weight horns are positioned at an optimal height for easy loading and unloading of weights. They also provide convenient, built-in storage for extra weight plates, keeping the training area neat and organized.
