Turnkey gym planning
A better gym project starts with fewer assumptions
A complete gym is not created by ordering every category. It is created by fitting the equipment to the room, the member experience, the service plan and the opening date. We help buyers turn those inputs into a coordinated equipment schedule and supply plan.

What we coordinate
The equipment should connect the whole project
Zones before machines
Decide what each area needs to achieve before selecting individual products and quantities.
A schedule people can use
A clear model list, quantities, finishes, documents and approval points keeps procurement and operations aligned.
Delivery without surprises
Carton dimensions, container loading, access routes and installation scope should be agreed before dispatch.
Project deliverables
What a useful equipment plan contains
| Equipment schedule | Category, model, quantity, intended location and priority |
|---|---|
| Specification | Dimensions, finish, configuration and documents |
| Commercial pack | Quotation, options, packing and agreed terms |
| Delivery plan | Carton data, loading sequence, destination and dates |
| Approval record | Samples, colours, branding, inspection points and final release |
Production visibility
Evidence from the factory, not just a rendering

Before you ask for a price
What to send for a first pass
A clean CAD plan is ideal, but room dimensions, photos and the operating brief are enough to start the conversation.
- Floor plan or main dimensions
- Facility type and target users
- Equipment budget and phasing
- Opening date and delivery destination
- Brand, documents and installation scope
- A model shortlist matched to the brief
- The reference specification and available customization
- Packing, loading and document requirements
- Clear points that still need approval before production
Buyer FAQ
Questions buyers usually ask
Do you provide installation?
Installation scope varies by destination and project. Do not assume installation is included unless it is written into the quotation and agreed delivery scope.
Can you work from a floor plan without a full equipment list?
Yes. A plan, dimensions and user profile are enough to start a category and layout review.
Can equipment arrive in phases?
Phasing can be planned around budget and opening priorities. Confirm storage, delivery dates and future model consistency before splitting the order.
Next step
Send the floor plan and the constraints
Tell us what has to open, what the room needs to do and what is still undecided. We will turn that into the next practical step.
