Gym flooring · product type
Specialty surfaces for lanes, courts and training zones
Specialty flooring covers the areas that do not need the same build-up as a dropped-weight zone. A sled lane, indoor court and wood-grain training surface each change how the room is used, so the substrate and edge transitions need to be planned with the equipment layout. The floor should be selected zone by zone: dropped weights, court movement, sled traction and general circulation do not place the same demand on the surface. That is why the quotation should identify the activity, the substrate and the transition details before a colour or thickness is approved.

Comparison points
How to compare models in this range
Specialty flooring works when the activity, substrate and transitions are designed together. A decorative surface should not be used as a substitute for a dropped-weight floor.
| Substrate | Confirm the base, moisture and level requirements. |
|---|---|
| Edge transitions | Plan how specialty flooring meets rubber or hard floors. |
| Markings | Agree colours, lines and layout before production. |
| Maintenance | Match the cleaning routine to the material and use. |
