Are you a factory or a trading company?
XYSFITNESS is the brand of Shandong Xingya Fitness Equipment Co., Ltd. Commercial strength and cardio equipment is produced in Dezhou; kettlebells and dumbbells are produced in Liaocheng, where the registered office and export operations are also based.
Can you support distributors and private-label brands?
Yes. We can review product mix, frame colours, upholstery, logo, decals, packaging and model configuration. The available scope depends on the model, quantity and destination.
Can you copy an existing product?
We can discuss a product category and functional requirement, but we do not treat another brand's protected design, artwork or trademarks as ours. Send your own design direction and branding files.

Checking what you are buying
Can I see specifications before ordering?
Yes. Product pages show reference specifications and the quotation should confirm the final model, dimensions, configuration, finish and packing. Record the approved specification before production.
How do I check certificate coverage?
Match the exact model to the certificate or attestation schedule and check the issuing organisation, standard, validity and scope. The Integra96 EN ISO 20957 documents are voluntary conformity attestations, not notified-body CE certificates.
What does the ISO certificate cover?
The supplied ISO certificates cover sales of fitness equipment, sports goods and their components, as well as related management activities for the environmental and safety standards. They should not be described as manufacturing certification.
What does the SMETA report mean?
A SMETA 4-Pillar ethical trade audit was completed at the Dezhou production site on 15 December 2023. It is an audit report, not a certification, and it does not cover the Liaocheng site.

What information should I send for a quotation?
Send your buyer type, product categories or models, estimated quantity, destination, target date, customization needs and any required documents. A floor plan or room photos help if the project is still being shaped.
Can you help plan a complete gym?
Yes. We can review the equipment mix, category priorities, packing and delivery plan. Site measurement and installation should be agreed separately if required.
What is your MOQ?
MOQ depends on the product, customization and packaging route. Send the target model and estimated order so the available minimum can be confirmed accurately.
How long does production take?
Production time depends on the model mix, quantity, customization and current schedule. The quoted lead time should start after the specification and deposit are confirmed.
